Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible supply work in Doncaster and the surrounding areas?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable HLTAs to work across a variety of primary schools on a supply basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school settings while enjoying the flexibility that suits your lifestyle.

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Supporting pupils' learning and classroom engagement
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Providing intervention and small group support where required
• Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working within UK primary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
