Location: On-site
Working Pattern: Monday & Tuesday or Monday-Tuesday and Friday 22.00-06.00 Nights

Rate: 13.23PH

About the Role:
Here at Barker Ross, we are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our client's on-site team.
You will play a key role in supporting daily production tasks, working specifically in the Boxing and
Packing department of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is committed to working efficiently, reducing
waste, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Assist with packing food products.
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform cleaning duties as required.
Support the achievement of production targets.
Minimise production costs and waste.

Quality, Food Safety & Hygiene:
Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Follow hygiene policies and maintain personal hygiene standards.
Monitor and record quality and safety performance where applicable.
Report any unsafe practices or potential food safety issues.
Learning & Development:

Attend training sessions to support personal development and ensure operational competence.
Demonstrate competence in trained factory tasks.
Follow instructions and guidance to the best of your ability.

Other Duties:

Undertake any additional tasks as required to meet production needs.
Skills & Experience:
Flexible, positive attitude with initiative.
Team player with good communication skills.
Respectful of others.
Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
Experience in a quality-focused environment is a plus.
