Site / Project Manager

Braehead, Glasgow

£30 per hour | Weekly Pay

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site or Project Manager for a large-scale commercial refurbishment project based in Braehead, Glasgow.

This is a unique and fast-paced project involving a full commercial rip out and refurbishment, including a major HVAC installation, roof works, and the coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors.

The rip out & some fit out phase is complete and moving on to phase 2 on 15th July.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget ahead of handover.

The HVAC installation is being carried out by experienced and highly skilled subcontractors and trades teams. You'll have oversight of this and ensure smooth coordination across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee site operations int his 2nd phase to final handover

* Manage subcontractors including HVAC installers, roofing contractors and associated trades

* Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget

* Maintain high standards of health & safety on site

* Coordinate programme delivery and site logistics

* Liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders

* Monitor quality and progress throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on commercial refurbishment projects

* Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on refurbishment projects

* Excellent management and communication skills

* Ability to drive programme delivery under tight timescales

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred

Contract Details

* Start Date: 15th June 2026

* Duration: 9-week contract through to handover

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm

* Saturdays: Optional

* Pay: £30 per hour

* Payments: Hourly pay. Paid weekly
