The Role:

Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum.

Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their potential.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.

Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

A commitment to raising achievement and supporting student success.
