Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Location: Rainham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong Plumbing and Carpentry skills to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in the Rainham area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent, long-term work with a well-established social housing maintenance contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties

Diagnosing and repairing a range of plumbing and carpentry issues

Completing general multi-trade maintenance works

Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

Accurately recording completed works and materials usedRequirements

Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative

Strong Plumbing and Carpentry experience is essential

Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance environments preferred

Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat's on Offer?
