Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Rugby
Shifts: Monday to Friday 07:00 AM - 15:00 PM
Pay: £13.50 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient production line by assisting with the loading and unloading of stock, handling materials, and ensuring all orders are prepared for delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Unload and load stock onto pallets using a Counterbalance forklift.
Load production lines with necessary materials and ensure materials are readily available.
Maintain a smooth-running production line by efficiently moving and organizing materials.
Use shrink wrap equipment to complete orders and prepare items for delivery.
Rework pallets, stack materials properly, and dispose of any damaged goods.
Complete tasks as assigned by the line leader, ensuring all duties are performed on time and to the required standard.

Key Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT License and proven experience in forklift operation.
Strong ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Physically fit, with the ability to handle stock and materials safely.
Attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
