Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative & Delivery Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with the occasion local deliveries, ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position with plenty of responsibility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Carrying out local multi-drop deliveries to customers
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness of the company vehicle
• Assisting with general warehouse upkeep and stock control
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential) over 25 for insurance purposes
• Previous warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred
• Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
• Physically fit due to manual handling requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Good communication skills and customer-facing attitude
