Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in the Wellingborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and develop their understanding of the world around them.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. You will join a supportive department committed to high standards of teaching and learning and helping students achieve their full potential.

• Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Monitor, assess, and track student progress effectively.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Support students of varying abilities to achieve excellent outcomes.
• Uphold school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting.
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is committed to raising achievement and supporting student success.
• ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
