About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Packing Technicians to join our team in Brackley. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing, packing, and dispatching products while ensuring quality and accuracy standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Pack products safely and securely according to company procedures.

Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.

Inspect products and packaging for defects or damage.

Label and organise shipments correctly.

Maintain accurate records of packed and dispatched items.

Keep workstations clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.

Assist with stock handling and inventory tasks as required.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in packing, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is advantageous but not essential.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.

Physically capable of standing and performing manual tasks throughout the shift.
