Customer Service Advisor

Warndon - Worcester

£13.46 per hour

Temporary Ongoing Contract

Working hours

40 hours per week

1-hour unpaid lunch

Working 5 days out of 7

Shift rota within:

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Rota pattern:

5-week rotation

Includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per cycle (not on the same weekend)

The Company

Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation, with the customer service team acting as a key link between the business and its customers.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be part of a busy customer service team, delivering a high level of support to customers.

Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
• Provide clear and accurate information on products and services
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Log customer interactions accurately on the system (CRM)
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Carry out basic troubleshooting where required
• Work closely with other teams to resolve issues
• Ensure all processes are followed, including data protection and compliance

Customer service

The Candidate

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or similar
• Experience using CRM systems or SAP
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above)
