Talent Guardian are recruiting for Litter Picker's for Farnborough Airshow 2026!
  • Farnborough, Hampshire
  • £13.00 per hour + holiday
  • Must have safety shoes
  • Shifts from July - August 2026
The Role:
As a Litter Picker, you will play a vital role in keeping the event site clean and presentable throughout the Airshow and associated events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting litter from public areas and event spaces
  • Emptying waste bins and replacing bin liners
  • Assisting with waste management and recycling procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness across outdoor and indoor areas
  • Supporting the facilities team with general housekeeping duties
  • Ensuring the event site remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for visitors

What We're Looking For
  • Reliable and hardworking individuals
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
  • Must be able to work both morning and evening shifts as required
  • Previous litter picking, cleaning, grounds maintenance, or facilities experience is beneficial but not essential
