Logistics Agent

Competitive Pay: Earn 13.50 per hour, overtime rates of 20.25 paid after 30 hours per week. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 3pm (with 15 minutes unpaid break)

Responsibilities:

• Place orders on system for delivery/collection.
• Inbound/outbound phone calls for customer orders, queries, and general information.
• Serve retail customers over the counter. Process orders, refunds/credits, and cylinder refill agreements.
• Capacity planner management and reviews of load build.
• Check telephone system for any voicemails and return calls.
• Check site email box.
• Raise hazard spots on H & S system.
• Follow faulty cylinder procedure when any faulty cylinders are received including labelling.
• Review daily aborts, cancels, and fill returns.

• Takes Personal Ownership for Safety
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.
