Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Kettering

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support schools across Kettering. We are looking for motivated and caring individuals who are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.

The Role:

* Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom

* Working with individual pupils and small groups to enhance progress

* Assisting pupils with additional learning needs where required

* Supporting behaviour management and pupil engagement

* Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

* Has experience working within an educational setting

* Is patient, adaptable, and proactive

* Has strong communication and teamwork skills

* Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
