Nightshift Labourers Required 🚧

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for 10 x Nightshift Labourers for an upcoming infrastructure project. This is a great opportunity for operatives looking for weekend night work with consistent shifts available over several weeks.

📅 Starting Saturday 13th June

⏱ 5-7 Saturday Night Shifts

🌙 23:00 - 10:00 (Approx. 12 Hour Shifts)

💷 Competitive rates available

The Role:

You will be working as part of a site team carrying out a range of general labouring duties during nightshift operations. Duties will include assisting with drilling works through brick walls, moving materials, general lifting and shifting, and supporting trades and supervisors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

✔ Valid CSCS Card

✔ Previous construction site experience

✔ Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

✔ Ability to work night shifts

✔ Strong awareness of site health & safety procedures

Duties Include:

⚒️ Assisting with drilling works

⚒️ General lifting and shifting

⚒️ Moving materials around site

⚒️ Keeping work areas clean and safe

⚒️ Supporting site teams with ongoing works
