Site Manager

Cambridge

£250 – £300 per day

Curve Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly respected and long-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager on a temporary basis to support the delivery of an important project.

The initial project will have you overseeing the refurbishment of an educational facility and will last at least 12 weeks, starting early July.

Responsibilities

Managing all on-site operations from project commencement through to completion.

*

Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.

*

Driving quality control and ensuring excellent site presentation.

*

Coordinating subcontractors, trades and direct labour on site.

*

Overseeing materials, plant and day-to-day site logistics.

*

Working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

*

Monitoring programme progress and resolving on-site issues proactively.

Requirements

*

Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Site Manager.

*

Previous experience within commercial, education or healthcare sectors preferred.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Well organised with excellent attention to detail.

*

Able to manage programmes and maintain momentum on site.

*

SMSTS essential.

*

Valid CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
