Key Responsibilities:
Support students across lessons and intervention sessions

Provide one-to-one and small group academic support
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Support students with a range of learning needs
Contribute to the wider school community where required

Requirements:
A degree in any subject area, Graduate Teaching Assistant experience welcome but not required
A strong interest in education and working with young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and professional attitude
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK and residence in or ability to travel to West London
