The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge across the primary age range.
• Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teaching.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has strong curriculum knowledge and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Has experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child achieves success.
• Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to develop professionally.
