Join Our Dynamic Team as a Production Support Operator!

Location: Felling, Gateshead
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time (38 hours per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Support Operator to join our skilled and flexible team at a leading international manufacturing plant in Felling! Shifts Available:

• Days:

- Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
- Friday: 6am-12pm or 2pm-6pm

• Nights:

- Sunday: 12 midnight-6am
- Monday-Friday: 10pm-6am (Friday finish)

Pay Rate:

• Day Rate: 12.71 per hour + 98.85 weekly shift allowance
• Night Rate: 12.71 per hour + 197.72 weekly shift allowance

Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Support Operator, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing team has everything they need to hit their production targets. You will:

• Take ownership of your safety and that of your colleagues.
• Follow HSE rules and procedures diligently.
• Ensure the quality of our products is upheld at every stage of the manufacturing process.
• Understand and apply systems and procedures effectively, using the escalation process when necessary.
• Operate Forklift Trucks (FLTs) for loading and unloading vehicles.
• Challenge yourself and strive for personal performance improvement.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the business's operational needs.
