Learning Support Assistant | Havering | £82.14 - £100 per day | ASAP Start

Reeson Education is looking for motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant professionals for immediate start roles across Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs across a range of welcoming primary schools.

Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant

Support small groups of pupils as a Learning Support Assistant

Work with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant

Work alongside teachers and SENCO as a Learning Support Assistant

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support AssistantRequirements for a Learning Support Assistant:

Experience working with SEN pupils or as a Learning Support Assistant

A caring, patient and flexible approach

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Understanding of behaviour support strategies
