What You'll Be Doing:
Support the class teacher in delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum.
Assist in fostering the development of key skills such as early literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
Create an environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and develop.
Help manage classroom activities, ensuring all children have the support they need to succeed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young children, particularly within an EYFS setting.
A warm, caring, and nurturing personality with an understanding of the developmental needs of young learners.
Strong communication skills, both with children and adults.
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is desirable.
