Class 2 Driver

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

Pay Rate: £17.00 - £21.00 per hour

Job Type: Ongoing Agency Work

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for ongoing work based in Sittingbourne.

Working for a busy industrial transport operation, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of a variety of steel products to commercial and construction customers throughout Kent, London and the South East.

Duties Include:

* Multi-drop deliveries and collections of steel and metal products.

* Transporting loads safely and securely in accordance with transport regulations.

* Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects.

* Maintaining delivery paperwork and records.

* Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.

* Complying with all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

* Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

* Minimum 1 year's Class 2 driving experience.

* Valid CPC Qualification Card.

* Digital Tachograph Card.

* Good knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations.

* A professional and safety-conscious attitude.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
