Class 2 Driver

📍 Banbury, Oxfordshire

💷 £17.20 - £17.80 per hour

⏰ 04:00 - 13:00, Monday to Friday

Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver on behalf of a well-established and highly respected food manufacturing and distribution business based in Banbury.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers across the region, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a Class 2 vehicle.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.

Maintain compliance with driver hours and road transport regulations.

Deliver excellent customer service at every stop.

Complete all relevant paperwork and electronic records.

Requirements:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.

Good knowledge of driver regulations and road safety.

Strong customer service skills.

Reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work.

What's on Offer?

Competitive hourly rate of £17.20 - £17.80 per hour.

Regular Monday to Friday shifts.

Early finish with working hours of 04:00 - 13:00.
