Painter & Decorator – BirminghamLocation: Birmingham

Rate: £160 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Start Date: Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team working across social housing properties and care homes in South Birmingham.

The role will primarily involve carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchens and bathrooms as part of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes. Candidates must be comfortable working in occupied properties and care home environments while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Duties:

Painting and decorating kitchens and bathrooms

Surface preparation including sanding, filling, caulking and priming

Applying emulsion, gloss, satin and specialist coatings as required

Carrying out work within occupied social housing properties and care homes

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment

Following all health and safety procedures

Completing works within agreed timescalesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator

Own brushes, rollers and hand tools

Full PPE

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Reliable, punctual and professional

Own transport preferredWhat We Offer:
