Holt Engineering are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing manufacturing client based near Poole for a Trainee SMT Operator.

As a Trainee SMT Operator, you will be working within a production environment supporting the assembly of electronic components.

Full training will be provided, but prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities for the Trainee SMT Operator:

Assisting with the setup and operation of SMT machinery

Supporting PCB assembly processes

Performing quality checks to ensure high production standards

Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets

Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements needed for the Trainee SMT Operator role:

Previous experience in assembly or production roles

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

A proactive and reliable approach to work

Willingness to learn and develop new technical skillsWhat the Trainee SMT Operator role can offer you:
