Goods In Warehouse Operative (FLT/PPT)

Location: Rugby Swift Park, CV21
Shift: AM Shift, Monday to Friday
Hours: 6:00am 2:00pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £14.63 per hour after 12 weeks
Contract: Temp to Perm

Frontline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics operation in Rugby. We are looking for an experienced Goods In Warehouse Operative with an FLT and/or PPT licence to join a busy warehouse team on a long-term temp-to-perm basis.

The Role

• Booking in deliveries and processing relevant paperwork
• Unloading and loading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Booking in drivers and managing delivery documentation
• Counting, checking, and verifying incoming stock
• Locating stock within the warehouse and ensuring correct storage
• Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control
• Supporting the wider warehouse operation as required
• Following all health and safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Goods In and warehouse experience is essential
• Valid Forklift Truck and/or PPT licence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with delivery paperwork and stock checks
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
