Carpenter Multi
Contract Type: Temp to perm
Area: Croydon and surrounding areas
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri)
Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS
Van & Fuel card provided
Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced carpenter multi to join our client s reactive maintenance team.
Duties

• Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance including doors, frames, skirting, kitchens, locks, and general woodwork repairs
• Making good after carpentry works to a high standard
• Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
• Carrying out secondary trades when required
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry
• Domestic/social housing/council property repairs experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK driver s license
• Will be able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard
