Choose a stable shift that suits your lifestyle:

Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hror

Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr

Full-time, 5 days a week.

This role is ideal for:

• Experienced Operators/ Senior Operators/ Team Leaders
• Operators with several years' experience in manufacturing that have potentially supported a team, overseen a line, or carried out informal supervisory duties
• Individuals who have acted as go-to people on shift and are ready to move into a formal leadership role, strong advantage
• Candidates who enjoy being hands-on and leading by example on the shop floor

If you've been a production operator for many years - this is your chance to progress.

We want people with:

• Experience of working within manufacturing
• A background in fast-paced manufacturing or production
• Confidence in coaching others and helping solve day-to-day issues
• A strong sense of responsibility and pride in team performance

As a Senior Operator you'll:

• Lead and support your team to achieve production plans, KPIs, and quality targets
• Oversee daily assembly line operations
• Coach team members, develop their skills, and support RTW processes
• Use OEE data and structured problem-solving to reduce downtime and improve output
• Drive Lean practices, 5S, and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain quality compliance, complete documentation, and carry out investigations
• Assist with wider business projects and provide hands-on support when needed
