This exciting opportunity is designed for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become successful teachers.

Working within supportive secondary schools, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting students, learning effective classroom management techniques, and working alongside experienced educators as you prepare for a future career in teaching.

As part of the Aspiring Teacher Graduate Scheme, you will:

• Support students across a range of subjects and year groups

• Deliver small-group interventions and one-to-one academic support

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning environments

• Build positive relationships with students and staff

• Gain exposure to different teaching styles and educational settings

• Develop the skills required for future teacher training programmes

This role provides an excellent foundation for graduates considering routes such as PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training pathways.

We are looking for graduates who:

• Hold a degree in any subject

• Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Are confident, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• Are passionate about making a positive impact on students' education
