Senior Project Manager - West London

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Car Allowance + Pension

Location: West London / Central London / Surrounding Regions

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a highly respected, privately owned main contractor, delivering high-quality projects across London.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced individual to lead either a £40m education scheme or a £50m commercial office development in West London. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship project, with responsibility from early-stage mobilisation through to successful delivery on site.

Our client is looking to interview immediately, with a start planned for August.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of a major project, ensuring programme, commercial and quality objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading projects from preconstruction / mobilisation through to completion

Managing site teams, supply chain partners and subcontractors

Overseeing programme, cost, risk and quality performance

Driving health & safety standards across site operations

Coordinating with design teams to ensure effective project delivery

Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with client expectationsAbout You

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on projects typically £30m+

Strong background delivering education and/or commercial schemes

Experience working for a main contractor (Tier 1 or leading Tier 2)

Ability to lead large-scale projects through full lifecycle delivery

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent understanding of programme, risk and construction methodology

Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS - Manager level)What's on Offer
