About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead large-scale Facilities Management transformation programmes across operational, workplace, digital, compliance, and service delivery functions.
This strategic leadership role will be responsible for defining programme direction, ensuring successful delivery, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex FM transformation programmes.
* Establish programme governance and delivery frameworks.
* Manage senior stakeholder relationships across client and executive teams.
* Drive programme performance, benefits realisation, and risk management.
* Oversee programme budgets, resources, and delivery teams.
* Ensure alignment with organisational strategy.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
* Significant programme leadership experience within Facilities Management, Property, Real Estate, or Infrastructure sectors.
* Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
* Strong commercial and financial management skills.
* Exceptional executive stakeholder management capabilities.
* Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
* MSP, Prince2, or equivalent qualifications desirable.
