CAFM Lead – Facilities Management

About the Role

We are looking for a CAFM Lead to manage and optimise our Computer-Aided Facilities Management systems, ensuring accurate asset, maintenance, compliance, and operational data supports business performance.

This role will play a critical part in driving digital FM excellence and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead CAFM system administration and optimisation.

* Manage system configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.

* Ensure data integrity across assets, maintenance, and compliance records.

* Support CAFM integration projects.

* Deliver user training and system support.

* Produce management information and performance reporting.

* Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

* Strong CAFM system experience (Concept, Maximo, Planon, ServiceNow, MRI, Archibus, etc.).

* Background within Facilities Management environments.

* Experience managing asset and maintenance data.

* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

* Excellent stakeholder and user engagement skills.
