Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and lead a team of rope access painter/blasters

* Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures

* Conduct daily briefings and oversee work activities

* Monitor quality standards and productivity

* Liaise with site management and client representatives

* Ensure compliance with IRATA guidelines and health & safety requirements

* Complete relevant documentation and reporting

Requirements

* Valid IRATA Level 3 certification

* Previous supervisory experience within rope access projects

* Industrial painting and blasting experience essential

* Strong knowledge of health, safety, and permit-to-work systems

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage teams and maintain project schedules

Pay Rates

Back Shift (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

* Monday to Friday: £32.50 per hour

* Saturday: £38.75 per hour

* Sunday: £45.00 per hour

Night Rate (12:00 AM – 2:00 AM)

* Monday to Friday: £39.00 per hour

* Saturday: £44.00 per hour

* Sunday: £49.00 per hour
