I would love to see CV’s from anyone who has worked as Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, or Tradesman who are versatile skilled professional who carry out diverse repairs, maintenance within void properties.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in void properties

Complete the repairs across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, and flooring

Complete full property refurbishments where required within void timescales

Complete accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports

I’d love to speak to Multi Trade Operative who has:

Relevant Qualifications or over 5 year’s experience in the trade

Skilled in 2 or more trade

Own van and tools 

Experience working in void properties 

Able to work In the Swindon and surrounding area

Clean DBS checkThis Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:

Hourly rate: £21 - £23ph paid weekly via umbrella
