Working Foreman - School Project (Timber Frame Extension)

Location: Rolvenden, Kent

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 12 Months

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a long-term school project involving the construction of a timber frame extension.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing site operations while remaining hands-on when required. A carpentry background is highly desirable, with previous experience delivering timber frame projects essential.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Working Foreman on timber frame projects

Carpentry trade background preferred

Experience working on education/school projects advantageous

Valid SMSTS or SSSTS

Current First Aid at Work certificate

Strong leadership and site management skills

Ability to coordinate trades, maintain programme targets, and uphold health & safety standardsWhat's on Offer:
