Senior Procurement Specialist (CONTRACT)

📍 Gaydon, Warwickshire

💷 £37.00 - £38.00 per hour - Umbrella Company Rate

We're looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing & procurement activities that support operations & drive business success.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate commercial agreements, build strong supplier relationships, & identify opportunities to deliver cost savings & operational efficiencies. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business while leading complex sourcing initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.

📋 Duties will include :-

Lead sourcing, supplier selection, & contract negotiations

Deliver cost savings & commercial value

Manage supplier performance & strategic relationships

Provide market & category insights to support business decisions

Drive procurement process improvements & operational excellence

Partner with stakeholders to meet business & operational needs

Proven procurement and sourcing experience

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Experience delivering savings and managing supplier performance

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
