Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding support

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Conduct high-volume candidate screening and telephone interviews

Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market engagement

Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines and service levels

Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout the recruitment process

Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system

Support hiring approvals and ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policy and regulatory requirements

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and act as a trusted recruitment advisor

Contribute ideas and process improvements to support continuous enhancement of recruitment delivery

Collaborate with colleagues across talent acquisition and wider business functions globally

Skills & experience Required

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technical or professional services hiring

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment

Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight timelines

Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining high-quality delivery

Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
