Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major project in Great Dunmow. This Project Manager role offers long-term freelance work on a high-value scheme, providing excellent stability and the chance to be part of a flagship build.

About the role of Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will oversee delivery on a major 84m scheme based in Great Dunmow (CM6). You will be working alongside a strong site and commercial team, managing packages and ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards are achieved through to completion in December 2027.

Responsibilities for Project Manager
Oversee day-to-day site operations and drive programme delivery
Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard
Work closely with commercial and design teams to keep the project on track
Ensure all health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained

Requirements for Project Manager
Proven experience working with a Tier 1 contractor
Strong track record delivering high-value construction projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality effectively
