Daily Rate: £150 - £180 (Short-Term) | £180 - £200 (Long-Term Placements)

The role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and structured lessons across a variety of school settings, covering EYFS, KS1, and KS2 depending on your preference and experience.

This role offers complete flexibility - whether you are looking for a few days per week, full-time supply, or a better work-life balance around existing commitments.

You will take responsibility for:

* Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups

* Adapting teaching style to suit different classroom environments

* Maintaining strong classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere

* Following school policies and ensuring continuity of learning

* Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff

* Representing a high standard of teaching professionalism across all placements

What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching within primary education (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)

* Strong classroom management skills

* A flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other DESIRABLE skills include:

* Experience working in multiple school settings

* Confidence delivering across different year groups

* Ability to quickly build rapport with new classes and teams

* Strong organisational skills and reliability
