Special Needs Teaching Assistant Hounslow
Hounslow, West London
£90 £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Full-Time Immediate & September Starts Available

GSL Education is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to work within a welcoming Special School based in Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.

The school supports students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. We are looking for proactive, patient, and caring individuals who can provide consistent support both inside and outside of the classroom.

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Encouraging student engagement and positive behaviour
• Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Experience supporting individuals with SEND is beneficial
• A positive, resilient, and adaptable attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK unfortunately we are not able to provide sponsorship
