We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer to support a high-impact e‑invoicing and reporting project. This is a short-term contract role, offering £500 per day outside IR35, working fully remotely with a UK-based team.

What You'll Do

Extend Business Central data models, mandates, and status frameworks

Build newELR entities, including:

Batch header & batch line

Submissions

Response logs

Implement invoice-level and aggregate e‑reporting flows

Develop inbound and outbound response handling using UBL formats

Add new actions, pages, and correlation logic across posted documents

Strengthen logging, retry logic, and certification readiness

What You'll Need

Strong experience with AL development in Dynamics 365 Business Central

Solid understanding of BC extensions, including tables, pages, and codeunits

Proven experience integrating APIs (JSON, XML, HTTP)

Knowledge of UBL or e‑invoicing frameworks (highly desirable)

Ability to work in a phased delivery environment with clear milestones
