HGV CLASS 2 HIAB DRIVER

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday work, and long-term stability with a leading company in the industry.

This role will suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, HIAB Driver, Grab Driver or Truck Driver.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday • Start times between 04:00 and 07:00

Rates of Pay:

• £20.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

As an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, your duties will include:

• Driving Category C vehicles safely and efficiently • Completing between 5 and 12 deliveries per day across the UK • Delivering cable products using HIAB equipment • Ensuring all loads are secure and transported safely • Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift • Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and on time

Essential Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 24 months' Category C driving experience • A valid UK Category C Driving Licence • A valid Driver CPC Card • A valid Digital Tachograph Card • A valid HIAB ALLMI Licence • No more than six penalty points for minor offences • No DR10, DG10, IN10 or TT99 endorsements

Desirable Experience:

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience • Previous HIAB delivery experience

Training Provided:

• First-day driving assessment • Training provided where required • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
