KS1 Teacher BWMAT Schools, BANES September 2026
£150 to £300 per day based on role & scale point

Connex Education is proud to be exclusively supporting schools within the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) in recruiting talented and committed Key Stage 1 Teachers for a range of opportunities commencing in September 2026.

We are seeking passionate teachers who can inspire young learners and contribute positively to their school communities across BANES.

The Role

We have a variety of positions available, including:

• Day-to-day flexible supply teaching
• Part-time long-term placements
• Full-time long-term teaching roles
• Full responsibility class teacher positions, including planning, marking, assessment and reporting

These opportunities provide flexibility for teachers seeking varied experiences, as well as stability for those looking for longer-term commitments.

What We're Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
• Excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
