Job Description

Role: Foreman/Woman

Location: Peterhead, AB42 4XS

Rate: 25.84 + Lodge if applicable

Overtime: 1.33x after 9.5 hours daily

Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)

Duration: Until December

A leading construction and infrastructure contractor is currently seeking an experienced Foreman/Woman (Skill level 2) to support construction work of Energy Hub based in east o Peterhead.

Duties of the Foreman/Woman include:

Supervising site operations and workforce activities

Coordinating daily works and ensuring programme targets are met

Maintaining high health & safety standards across site

Managing subcontractors and site operatives

Supporting delivery of civil and infrastructure works

Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks

Ensuring works are carried out in line with project specifications and procedures

Requirements of the Foreman/Woman include:

CSCS

SSSTS or SMSTS

Previous Foreman / Supervisory experience

Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

Excellent communication and leadership skills
