Groundwork Gangs & Machine Operatives - Oxford

Tractor Drivers / Telehandlers / 360 Excavators

£315 - £375 per day.

360 Recruitment is partnering with a leading Civils & Remediation company in the South to recruit experienced Groundworkers, 360 Excavator Operators, Tractor Drivers, and Telehandler Drivers with lifting ops. Supervisors will also be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in the Groundworks sector to join a 16-week project based in the Oxfordshire area.

Shift patterns - 7am - 9pm shifts. Night shifts also available. 7 day working weeks, Monday - Sunday.

Accomodation - Digs can be provided for operatives who work within a gang.

Skills & Requirements:

• Full 3 point PPE. Hard hat, hivis & steel toe cap boots.

• Gangs are preferred who consist of - 1x Ganger / Machine Operative, 2x Skilled Groundworkers.

• Previous experience in Groundworks is essential. Particularly experience installing ducting, pits, and slot drains.

• Relevant tickets required. CPCS / NPORS / CSCS.

• Time served & recent references to back this up.

• All operatives must be willing to undergo RAF security clearance checks, including ID verification, DBS / security screening, and site induction procedures prior to starting work.
