Freelance Site Manager - Nightshift

Site Manager – Kirkcaldy (Nights)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project in Kirkcaldy, commencing start of July for a duration of 2 weeks.

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS

* Black CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work certification

* Previous experience managing construction sites

* Strong health & safety knowledge

* Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines

Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations

* Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard

* Manage site personnel and subcontractors

* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

* Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Contract Details:

* Location: Kirkcaldy

* Start Date: Start of July

* Duration: 2 Weeks

* Rate: Competitive (DOE)
