Class 1 Tramper Driver – Preston Area

Aspion Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers for an ongoing opportunity based in the Preston area.

This role is ideal for professional HGV Class 1 drivers looking for consistent, stable work with competitive rates of pay.

Pay Rates

PAYE: £17.37 per hour

LTD: £19.00 per hour

8-hour minimum guarantee

Breaks paid

Enhanced weekend rates available

Working Pattern

Predominantly Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Sunday

Ongoing, long-term work available

The Role

General haulage work

Curtain-sided trailer operations

Tramping duties required

Consistent workload with a reputable operation

Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

Valid Driver CPC qualification

Digital tachograph card

Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience required

Good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations

Reliable, professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and compliance
