Job Title: English Teacher

Location: Sheffield

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £160 - £220 per day depending on experience

The schools are looking to appoint an English Teacher on either a part-time or full-time basis from September 2026. The successful English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, supporting student progress across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining high expectations within the classroom, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4 / KS4

• Excellent classroom management skills

• Strong communication and organisational abilities

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging English lessons

• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
