Job Description

• Support the day-to-day management of the site during the pre-construction phase, ensuring it remains safe, secure, and operational.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors carrying out maintenance, inspection, and enabling works, acting as the primary on-site point of contact.
• Monitor contractor performance, site progress, and the completion of assigned works, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security tours, identifying, reporting, and helping resolve any site issues.
• Support the management of existing site infrastructure, environmental monitoring activities, and other operational requirements.
• Promote and monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including the review of risk assessments and method statements.
