A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.
For this position you will need the following qualification along with relevant school experience: NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
This is a full-time, long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils academic progress, wellbeing and development, providing both classroom support and targeted interventions.
You may be required to support pupils on a one-to-one basis, as well as small groups, including those with additional needs.
