Production Operative (Night Shift)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role
Successful candidates will initially complete full training on our rotating day and afternoon shifts:
8:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Once training has been successfully completed, you will move permanently onto the night shift.

Salary:
Starts at 13.73
Increases to 15.21 after 12 weeks

WF17, Batley

Key Responsibilities
Operating production machinery and equipment
Following production schedules and quality standards
Conducting basic quality checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Adhering to all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to complete training on both day and afternoon shifts before transitioning to nights
